Freak Gastronomic Route

As an absolute novelty of this edition, the GFFF premieres the first Freak Gastronomic Route, a tapas trail that aims to bring the festival’s freakiness to the streets and bars. From September 18 to 26, five restaurants in the city will offer a Fantastic Tapa created for the occasion:

  • La Revoltosa (Rúa Cruz Branca, 5): Scrambled brains
  • El Estribo (Rúa do Ecuador, 38): Aracnobaby Croquettes
  • Mocca (Rúa de Nicaragua, 23): Merlina’s Hot Dog
  • El Bar (Rúa do Doutor Cadaval, 11): Voodoo Gilda
  • Lume de Carozo (Rúa Joaquín Yáñez, 5): Underworld Pambazito

VOTES AND PRIZES

The public will be able to taste, vote, and decide which will be the winning tapa of the Gastronomic Olympus of Freaks 2025. Among all participants, tickets will be raffled off for the festival’s closing ceremony, which will feature a screening of The Rocky Horror Picture Show, as well as a dinner for two at one of the participating restaurants.
