Biography – Agustina Pereira
Agustina Pereira is a consultant specialized in grant management and promoting innovative, sustainable business projects with territorial impact. Through SISUBVENCIONES, she accompanies SMEs, cooperatives and entrepreneurs throughout the entire process: from formulating the initial idea to transforming it into a real, solid and funded project.
Her career combines experience in consulting, training in administration and finance, and a strong vocation for facilitating access to public resources for those who need them most to grow. She is passionate about seeing how good management can turn ideas into real opportunities for territorial development.
She actively participates in entities such as AJE Vigo, where she promotes youth entrepreneurship, and collaborates as a mentor in the MERLO program of the Xunta de Galicia, accompanying new entrepreneurs in their first steps and sharing key learnings with them that she would have liked to know at the beginning of her professional career.
About the talk
In this presentation, Agustina Pereira will address how to transform a creative idea into a viable, structured audiovisual project with real funding possibilities.
The main available funding lines (AGADIC, ICAA, Creative Europe MEDIA, among others) will be analyzed and keys will be offered to prepare from the beginning of the project in order to access these calls with guarantees.
Furthermore, it will be explained why incorporating criteria of innovation, sustainability and territorial impact can be decisive when obtaining institutional support and funding.
